I have written a program with name "SQL Server Snippet Generator".
The program can generate snippets perfectly and you can use them in your SSMS sessions.

My program is awarded with "Editor's Pick" by great program download site Brothersoft.
You can create literals and assign their parameters in program. You can configure snippet settings like title, author, etc.
The program is in beta. Why it is beta? Because snippet support in SSMS will come with SQL Server Denali and its final release hasn't published still. For example ShortCut support isn't effecting to the SSMS current beta release of SQL Server Denali.
When SQL Server Denali final release published, i will publish my final release.
